Welcome Vendors & Readers!

It is important for me to keep the cost of vending as low as I can for vendors & readers as well as spending most of those costs on advertising to the public.

It is because of this, that I recommend you submit your exhibitor application to vend or read at a specific Faire early in order to ensure your space.

A completed registration form and payment in full is required to hold your space. Exhibitors may as always, sign up anytime. Booths will be assigned as long as there is availability in your category. We keep a balance of vendors in all categories:

Health & Nutrition
Psychics

If we do not have space in your category, we will notify you and ask if you want to be on the waiting list. We will not cash your check unless we have space for you. As a space opens up, we will fill it from an exhibitor in the same category. When we have space opening up for those on the waiting list, we will then accept payment for the booth. We look forward to having you join us for a fantastic event.

BEFORE APPLYING AS AN EXHIBITOR...

Please read these important application instructions and information before downloading and submitting your application.

HOW TO APPLY AS AN EXHIBITOR

Download an Exhibitor Application from the right.
Please write or print clearly and fill out the registration form completely.
Email Candyce at canbria@aol.com to make sure that there is space in your category.
Submit your application by mailing it to: Candyce Strafford , 5310 Cherry Wood Drive, Naples, FL 34119
PAYMENT - If paying by check, include a check for the full amount with your application by mail; If paying by credit card, call 239-949-3387 to give your credit card information; If paying by Paypal, send to canbria@aol.com.
Once your application & payment has been received, we will process your application.
If your check or payment is cashed your space is reserved.

THINGS TO CONSIDER

Available vendor booth sizes are 10’ x 10’ or 10' x 5'. (Naples has 10x8, 10'x5' and 10x10)
The psychic booths will fit a card table and 2-3 chairs.
Healer booths will fit a massage table and room to work upon a person with room for a small table to hold business cards and advertising.
No multiple booth discounts are available.
Booth assignments will begin upon receiving payment for the event. First come first served. Don't wait if you want to be part of a specific event, spaces are limited and fill up fast.
Enter booth choice on your registration form. We keep a balance of vendors in all categories. If we reach our maximum in your category, we will keep you on our cancellation / waiting list.

Your checks or payments will not be deposited until you have been assigned a booth. You will not be notified that you have a space, you will be notified if there is no space available.

LECTURES / MINI-SEMINARS:

All seminars are free to the customer, presented free by the exhibitor, and presented at no cost to the promoter.
Each lecture is 30-50 minutes long, including any question and answer period you may want to include.
Please include a topic and description on your registration form if you are interested in presenting a lecture.
To submit your request to present a lecture, fill out the form to the right.
You will receive an email letting you know if you are on the speaker schedule.
